  1. See the TXT files in the PRGMMING\DOS and PRGMMING\WIN directories for
  2. complete descriptions of all the files in this Programming section.

  4. CONTENTS.TXT in the \PRGMMING directory list the major categories in
  5. both the \PRGMMING\DOS and \PRGMMING\WIN directories.

  7. See the December \DOS\PRGMMING and WIN\PRGMMING directories for new
  8. programming files added on this month's CD-ROM. The new files are not
  9. included in this section.

  11. Each directory also has a FILES.BBS file with descriptions.

  13. Due to time constraints in trying to organize and copy a couple of thousand
  14. additional programs onto this CD, we do not have an access program for
  15. this section yet. We hope to have one on future CDs which will allow
  16. you to also access this CD's Programming section at that time.

  18. If you feel like writing your own access program, you will need to know
  19. that FILES.PSL in the \PSL_NEWS directory contains a list of all the files
  20. in the PRGMMING sections. The files are in alphabetical order for fast & easy
  21. searching and are followed by the file size and the directory in which the
  22. file resides. The .TXT files in the \PGRMMING\DOS and \PGRMMING\WIN
  23. directories contain write-ups of the programs. Each write-up has a file name
  24. with it in brackets which can be found in the FILES.PSL index file.

  26. To access new programs, run PSL_NEWS.EXE or PSL_WIN.EXE in the root directory.
  27. This will also give you an idea of the type of access programs which can be
  28. written for this CD using the TXT files and FILES.PSL index file.
